K40 Air and Smoke Assist

02/19/2019 Added 3/16th version per request, hopefully it will work. 07/28/2018 Increased the fan duct thickness as it was printing too thin. 07/27/2018 I changed up the bracket for the laser head after pulling threads out of mine, adding slots for M3 nuts in the process. I also added a hose connector to the top of the copper tube. I remixed several parts so that I would have smoke assist while engraving, but also wanted air assist and smoke assist while cutting. This setup works well on my K40. The duct is sized for a 40x40mm fan. Assembled with four 3mm bolts and nuts and roughly about 3 to 4 inches of 1/4 inch copper tube, just cut it to size.
