Another Bracket for a K40 Adjustable bed It is a Combination so you can print the same file 8x For the top part it holds the ACME T8 Brass Nut - or anything with the same brass nut. For the bottom part it holds 2 608 Bearings It is made for 15x15 Square tubing, whatever you have on hand, depending on tolerances, it fits nice and snug. One Version is with mounting holes in case you need those, 2,7mm for M3 Screws The Bearings need a little persuasion with a bolt and nut, but they fit without busting the print, the brass nut fits perfectly. The Tensioner is made to print without supports, if your filament bridges better than the PETG i used you should be fine. M8 Bolt, 8mm bore Pulley (My set had 5, so yay), 4 M3 bolts, nuts if ya need em I designed the parts to be as universal as possible, however you assemble them they should work In the pictures i used an earlier model for the top part, but for an even lower profile you can mount the brass nut lower and have the pulley lower inside the print.
