This is a versatile K40 mirror mount designed with a height adjustable gantry mount and an adjustable lens mount. I've included the F3D and Step files so you can easily adjust the sizes and lengths to fit your specific lens requirements. The design should require minimal supports, except for possibly the air assist head, which may need some additional support. The mirror mount uses M4 bolts and nuts, with the nuts being pressed and superglued in place. The gantry mount also employs M4 bolts. Two types of lens mounts are available - one with air assist and one without. Personally, I prefer using the holder without the air assist feature and instead opt for the air assist mount and tube. The lens holder is designed to accommodate 20mm lenses, but you can either modify the dimensions or create a 12mm to 20mm adapter for the stock lens if needed. If you plan on designing your own custom lens mount, a good rule of thumb is to use the focal length of the lens minus 20mm as the height from the lens to the bottom of the holder. Then simply create a 20mm high puck that can be positioned between your workpiece and the lens holder. The mirror is securely held in place by the little clip and screw from the stock head. The height adjustable mirror holder and gantry plate were not designed by me, as they were originally intended for another product. As such, you may need to file or sand the slots a bit to get the mirror close enough to the gantry. I've been using this setup for about a week without any issues, but keep in mind that it's 3D printed and lasers can be hot, so don't leave it unattended.
