K2SO head and base and LED eyes with pupil

Great model to begin with, the neck was a perfect fit! I extended the neck pin because I used two top ball pieces that have a deeper center hole. I also drilled a hole in the ball for wires to run from the head to the base. I scaled up the original by 5000% and it dwarfs my son's Vader CD player. It might be a bit oversized, so I applied bondo putty to make the head smooth, then painted it with silver paint and darker metallic paint on top. The light sanding gives it a worn-off look like metal. I modified the base to make it smaller and reduce printing time and expense (a back cover will be made someday). The eye uses an 8mm white LED; the wire runs through the neck into the base. I used black for the eye socket, clear for the eye and center diffuser, and grey for the small ring in the eye to achieve a more realistic look when the LED is on or off. When the Arduino processor is added, I hope it will speak as well; that's why there's space at the back of the base. I wanted to mention cost: this massive model took over 1kg of filament. Then came bondo, paint, and glue. The estimated total cost is $60 or more, making it not for the faint of heart to print (it was approximately 100 hours in total). The mini MP3 player is now working: https://youtu.be/BBoJKHqOXHU. I used a DFPlayer mini from eBay, a 3.7-volt lithium-ion battery, a toggle switch, and powered the LEDs by adding a 220-ohm resistor in series to dim them slightly. I also repurposed a speaker from a greeting card.
