I'm a ham radio amateur (EA7HVO). Many of us have purchased a K1EL paddle stick keyer. I had the problem that no case fit the kit. Here's my solution. This is the small model. I've also created another one, a bit larger. Take a look at my profile. Be cautious with PLA - PLA is highly sensitive to static, so it's essential to cover the paddles with two or three layers of electrical tape or similar. If the keyer behaves erratically, don't hesitate to cover the paddles. It will become less finicky and more accurate. In my case, I needed to cover every paddle with three layers of 3M Tenflex electrical tape. 6/5/2020: I updated the cover to fit better. The legs are now 5.5mm in diameter instead of 6mm. 10/05/2020: To control the sensitivity of the paddles, I've added four different covers for them, with varying widths (1-1.5-2-2.5 mm). I prefer a 2mm thickness. Enjoy and 73.
