This is a case for a PIC chip K150 usb programmer. I designed this for the board I have which is made by a company called Baite and has a mini USB connector for power/communications. Pretty basic build with cutouts for needed connections.

The LED on this unit is surface mounted so I made a hole to insert an acrylic rod such as this

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0006O6QYO/ref=oh\_aui\_detailpage\_o04\_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

They are 1/8" which fits perfect in a 3.5mm hole. I insert the rod until it sits on top of the LED then cut it off just a little above the surface of the case. Polished both ends with progressively finer grits of sandpaper then glued into the hole. As you can see from the pic with the cable attached it works great.

The lettering is recessed .5mm which I then just hand painted to make the numbers black. You could obviously alter this and use multi material printing as well.

The holes in the bottom and corresponding pegs on the top are sized for a #4 1/2 inch flat head metal screw. The course threads on the screw will cut the threads as you insert it so no need for matching threads in the print.

Happy printing!
