The RIDER Case is an affordable, easily manufacturable tool storage solution made from aluminum profiles and 2mm polycarbonate sheets. Standard screws and bolts secure the components together. For waterproofing, glue is applied between fixed parts while rubber seals movable ones. Non-standard hinges and locks may necessitate alterations to fixing holes. The following list outlines the required parts: 2x Drawer faces (cut from 2mm polycarbonate sheet) 2x Drawer backs (cut from 2mm polycarbonate sheet) 2x Drawer bottoms (cut from 2mm polycarbonate sheet) 2x Drawer splits 1 (cut from 2mm polycarbonate sheet) 4x Drawer splits 2 (cut from 2mm polycarbonate sheet) 4x Drawer sides (cut from 2mm polycarbonate sheet) 4x Drawer handles (Fischer electronic aluminum handle part N. GR D 2) 4x Drawer fixes 30mm (Fischer electronic aluminum profile part N. GB 19) 4x Case fixes 70mm (Fischer electronic aluminum profile part N. GB 19) 2x Case tops and bottoms (cut from 2mm polycarbonate sheet) 2x Case side stops (cut from 2mm polycarbonate sheet) 2x Case upper sides (cut from 2mm polycarbonate sheet) 2x Case lower sides (cut from 2mm polycarbonate sheet) 4x Leg holders (plastic part count may vary by leg diameter) 2x Case plots (cut from 2mm polycarbonate sheet) 4x Legs: 1mm pipe, straight, 15mm diameter, 670mm length; 2x bended 15mm diameter. Pipes fit together via a narrow fit.
