K'nex Green Gear + Variations

*Apologies to anyone who downloaded right away, it seems some STLs got messed up when I uploaded them all together. The broken ones have been re-uploaded individually and they appear to be okay now.* After 12 years of searching, several unsuccessful attempts to buy these directly from K'nex finally ended with a successful purchase on eBay. One was found, but more were needed, so the printer was turned to for help. Unfortunately, the diameter is too big for my printer (~129mm in diameter, my print area is 120 x 120 x 120), and it couldn't be printed as a whole piece. The inner hub was drawn up instead, which is all that's needed anyway. It fits tighter than the original, which has quite a bit of play, so it works well. Holes had to be honed out with a drill bit just a bit, and my print was also a bit wavy, so I'm sure that's part of the tight fit as well. It's recommended flipping the STLs over so the surface on the inner ring gear isn't above supports since gears will need to run against it. Right now, these have been printed: * Full gear with 90 deg bumps (Original) * Full gear without bumps * Full gear with 90 deg bumps reinforced * Full gear without bumps reinforced * Hub gear with 90 deg bumps * Hub gear without bumps * Hub gear with 90 deg bumps reinforced * Hub gear without bumps reinforced Reinforced ones have a solid mid plate and bigger ribbing. A buildable version is being worked on so smaller printers can make the full gear. Print Settings: * Printer: Monoprice Select Mini * Rafts: No * Supports: Yes * Resolution: 0.15mm * Infill: 25% Post-Printing: Might need some drilling to hone out the holes.
