I recently acquired a K&f Concept TM2235 tripod and encountered an issue with one of the locking collars on the smallest leg section, which promptly broke. After printing a replacement part, I found that it is significantly stronger than the original and functions perfectly. To achieve optimal results, I recommend using TPU instead of PLA, as the latter can be too brittle for small components like this. A 100% infill setting combined with an extruder temperature of 215C and bed temperature of 50C yielded excellent outcomes.
