K-Drill
thingiverse
This visually recreated version of Prusa Research's P-Drill shows off its features. The drill was an essential part of the i3 MK2 to MK2s upgrade, specifically designed to enlarge bed mounting holes for U-bolts. Unfortunately, this part is not included in the latest MK2.5S upgrade kit and cannot be found online. Some notable similarities and differences between the K-Drill and P-Drill are: * The P-Drill takes a 1/8" drill bit that measures 3.175 mm. * Two 12mm socket cap M3 screws securely hold the bit in place. * Two M3 hex nuts are inserted into slots to capture the screws, but square nuts can also be used effectively. This version is the P-Drill, which sets it apart from the K-Drill. https://manual.prusa3d.com/Guide/1.+Y-carriage+drilling/323
