A customized enclosure for a JZK HW-688 Buck Converter (24V/12V to 5V 5A USB) has been designed. It is specifically tailored to mount on the 4040 profile of an Ender 3 directly underneath the Enders power supply, allowing for easy wiring. This enclosure can also be mounted at the front of the printer next to the main board enclosure. The enclosure features screw terminals that can handle up to 16AWG wire. The 5V output terminals are covered as the user only intends to utilize the USB port. To print this enclosure, a layer height of 0.28mm and an infill of 15% are recommended. Supports are not required, and printing with the USB hole face down yields optimal results. The converter slides securely into place from one end and remains rigid due to its design. For permanent installation, users must tap the ends of the aluminium profiles (matching the size of the bolts holding the Ender 3 screen).
