JYSK Insect Screen connector and corner

I had bought a few insect screens from Jysk. As they come in standard sizes it is unavoidable to have some profiles left. If one calculates right it is possible to save profiles, but the plastic parts for connecting them need to be printed. I initially thought I could use https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5382094 but the profiles had a different shape. I had no choice but to create my own. Small supports are needed but the design should be optimized to use only a minimum of material for supports. Note: This is work in progress. I did a test print and it seemed to fit, but I have not printed the whole corner piece yet simply because I currently only have PLA for printing and using PLA material might not be a good idea when using this exposed to the sun. Updates: 08.07.22 * Modified the corner piece to save material and added the notch. Looks very close to the original now. * Commented the SCAD file and added debug expressions Yet to be done: * I think I need to add some height for a better fit. If someone tries to print this, please feel free to use the SCAD to modify the height of the arm by 0.5 mm. * The corner piece needs some material removed to save on filament. Also the notch for the actual insect grid is yet missing.
