Jyn Erso Baton Tonfa from Star Wars Rogue one 3D print model This is Jyn's Erso Baton Tonfa designed using Autodesk Fusion 360 software. 3D PRINTING SETTINGS Black PLA or ABS plastic material, layer height of 0.15 mm. The main parts should be printed horizontally. I am using a 25mm diameter aluminum tube as the inner core, resulting in a solid and sturdy baton. A printable version of the inner tube is also available for those who prefer it. To assemble the baton, apply glue to the "cap" and "tube inner" on opposite sides of the main part. Then, cut the tube slightly shorter than the space inside the cap and insert the glued "tube inner" into the main part. Apply some glue to the free side and place the cap over it, ensuring a tight fit between the cap and the main part. Additionally, an M4 nut and M4 screw are required for the handle. 3D model format: STL
