Jyn Erso Baton Tonfa from Star Wars Rogue one 3D print model

I'm designing Jyn's Erso Baton Tonfa using Autodesk Fusion 360 with print-ready settings for main parts laid out horizontally. My plan includes using a 25mm aluminum tube as the inner component, providing an incredibly solid assembled feel without sacrificing the availability of the printed tube alternative. The "cap" and "tube inner" should be attached to the same side on opposite sides using adhesive. When combining the pieces, I recommend trimming the tube just slightly shorter than its intended space inside the "cap". After that, I secure it in place by attaching the glued "tube inner" inside the main component. Applying glue to the remaining opening and carefully placing the "cap" will ensure a tight fit with the main piece. For handle assembly, you'll also need an M4 nut and screw. The model includes STL, IGES, and STEP formats for printing or other software applications.
