JXD S192 Sound Chambers
grabcad
This 3D printable .STL mod enhances the sound quality of JXD S192 Android game tablet by utilizing two 13 x 18mm "cellphone" speakers. Available on sites like Digikey, these speakers can fit up to 4.5mm thick and should be cemented into place with epoxy glue. Ensure all seams are sealed airtight to prevent distortion or poor bass. The mod requires notching the game button PCB and soldering; it's not for amateurs as it voids warranty and could damage the unit if not done correctly - proceed at your own risk. Note that the chambers are for left and right sides, separated by removing a "tree" shape. To optimize performance, clear any powder from the chambers by tapping until it stops, using a flashlight to see trapped powder. Use a wire to poke out powder from bass ports, and plug epoxy under the square "bulbs" - except for the front bulb which should remain open for sound release. If you don't understand this mod, it's not necessary for your device.
