JVC Pro monitor button replacements

Buttons for at least some JVC monitors can be replaced even if they're damaged. Tested on a TM-A170G, but should work on other TMs too. First, insert the internal frame into the button PCB inside the monitor. Then glue the actual button onto it (super glue or any similar adhesive) either before assembling or from the front when putting everything together. The input buttons can be printed using transparent PLA or a similar material and act as a lightpipe for the buttons that have LEDs in the back, making sense to print with the bottom surface facing down instead of the front as I did.
