Designed this to replace the missing feet on my used JVC AL-A20. These screw on and then a 1.25" hemispherical rubber foot attaches to these. I used these (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003P4JM5W) since I had them. You could also model something up and print it in TPU.
