I recently encountered a problem with my JVC HA-SZ2000's hinge, which led me to take matters into my own hands. Using Fusion 360 as my design tool of choice, I created an entirely new hinge from scratch and then 3D printed it using simple PLA filament. The results are impressive - the repair is working flawlessly, and I'm more than happy to share my solution with anyone who's interested in tackling a similar issue. To secure everything in place, I employed 3mm machine screws.
