<p>Replacement wall mount for Juwel Twist 140 foldable drying rack.</p><h3>Mounting material</h3><h4>Countersunk model</h4><p>Use universal screws with countersunk head and a diameter of 4mm, so that the screw head is around 8mm.</p><p>I used 4x40mm universal screws with countersunk head.&nbsp;</p><h4>Counterbored model</h4><p>The counterbored model is a direct replacement part for the original Juwel Twist 140 wall mount.</p><p>Therefore it can be used with the original screws, which are 4x30mm flat head screws.</p><h3>Print settings</h3><ul><li>Layer height: 0.2mm - 0.3mm</li><li>Perimeters: 2 - 3</li><li>Infill<ul><li>Density: 15% - 20%</li><li>Pattern: Gyroid</li></ul></li><li>Supports: Everywhere</li><li>Suggested material: PLA, ABS, PETG, PC</li></ul><p>I used PLA with a 0.6mm Nozzle, 0.3mm layer height, 2 perimeters, 15% infill density, gyroid pattern and supports enabled.</p><p>In Prusa Slicer 2.5.0 the estimated print time is 47 minutes.</p>
