Juwel BioFlow M Filter Lid - Remixed

Juwel BioFlow M Filter Lid - Remixed

thingiverse

My stock bioflow M lid in my Juwel Rio tank was driving me nuts, it doesn't stop vibrating and I was having to stuff sponges in the corners to stop fish jumping into the holes. Fortunately, @engineers_alter_ego made a fantastic accurate replica of the stock lid. However, I wanted something a bit heavier to reduce the vibrating, and that would cover up the holes at the corners of the filter. This is a remix of engineers_alter_ego's model which has the main body of the lid thickened to 5mm to make it heavier, and extra coverage at the corners to stop my loaches climbing in. Printed at 100% infill there is no vibration at all, though you might be able to get away with less than this. At these settings the print will use about 95g of filament.
