Juwel Bioflow Filter Aerator Nozzle
cults3d
Once printed remove the standard 45 degree tube that comes with the Juwel Bioflow Filter and attach this. If you want to restrict and have less bubbles then just reduce the airtube hole by any means but I found to eliminate a lot of sucking noise a simple piece of sponge squeezed and pushed into the air intake helps immensely The air tube is the only part that needs support and select Support "Touching Build Plate" only needed. I have also modelled up an elbow which I will be printing shortly but its also included. Designed to attach on the Aerator to change the angle downward and also fan out the bubbles I have also tried it with just adding a 16mm conduit with a straight inline adaptor to attach it to the nozzle and that works fine as well See this video of how it gets installed and how well it works straight off the printer https://youtu.be/Ji2P_MH4WLQ See this video with the conduit attached https://youtu.be/oyoEtFM7tx8 See the final Nozzle design working here https://youtu.be/PEV118DwGBk Using earplugs to silence and get a more consistent output https://youtu.be/hKMPxWIEfmU
