I designed this from scratch as I had little success printing other lm8uu like bearings This is similar to igus bearings for direct replacement of any lm8uu like bearings. Print in a durable, non abrasive material like Nylon. 4 versions available sriral / nospiral inside cut 8.4 / 8.5 mm inside diameter Source file included (Solidworks) Requires a fairly calibrated printer Slice in 0.1mm use 3 perimeters print slow up to 15mm to let the filament lay better on the square waves if 8.4 prints too tight for you even after you glide the bearing with your hand up and down a few times, then use 8.5 model. If there is jog or slack do not use the spiral cut. Tips printing in Nylon : Dry your filament for at least 3 hours in the over in 60 degrees Celsius. Print having the filament in a Dry Chamber. Use cheapest/no name Glue stick (Cheapest glue stick makes are usually pure PVA glue, just what you need) Use bed temp 50-70 Degrees Celsius
