There are notable variations in aluminum extrusion profiles based on their specific manufacturers. My adaptation, tailored to my Tevo Tarantula printer's extrusions, is compatible with T-nuts and L-brackets. You can save time printing it by using vase mode (see printing notes), or you can utilize your preferred printing settings. Scale the Z height according to your requirements and print vertically. Printing Notes: Unlike other slicers, Cura (15.04) allows easy determination of shell thickness even in vase mode. You can find my settings below. - Layer Height: 0.2 mm - Shell Thickness: 0.8 mm - Expert Config --> Spiralize the Outer Contour (checked) --> Solid Infill Top (unchecked) --> Solid Infill Bottom (unchecked) UPDATE: I have now added 2040 and 4040 profiles. 2040: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2972150 4040: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2972158 UPDATE: You can also find the connectors here. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2992743
