Regarding my Mini Up printer from pp3dp, received on November 7th, I've experienced numerous issues with the unlevelled platform, reaching up to 1.7mm out of balance, and lack of a proper levelling mechanism. Numerous emails to the company have gone unanswered, leading me to feel deceived. In my communications with their manager, Joseph Guo, initial assistance turned into silence on his part as well. Suggested solutions, such as using beta software or adjusting with paper, were ineffective and only worsened the situation. Comments on their blog mysteriously vanished, and I'm concerned that my latest comment may not be published either. Despite being offered to send the printer back for a refund, I would lose shipping and tax costs, which is unfair. My primary goal now is to seek justice and expose the truth about this printer. After spending my holiday time modifying the platform, the printer still vibrates excessively and produces poor results. The Delta system continues to sell the Mini despite its known issues. I'm shocked by positive reviews of the Up Mini Printer and believe others have faced similar problems. To raise awareness, I will launch a web campaign informing people about pp3dp's deceptive practices.
