Jupiter ACE - Replica

Jupiter ACE - Replica

This housing was created from photo's and based on the layout of the original PCB. So it may not be 100% accurate, but an original PCB should fit. It goes with the PCB I created for my Jupiter ACE replica project. Details on Hackaday: https://hackaday.io/project/165772-recreating-the-jupiter-aceThe .rsdoc file is the full design file, created in DesignSpark mechanical. There are 2 files for the keyboard section. The one ‘Keyboard with supports.stl’ can be printed as-is on a FDM printer like this:After printing the ‘red’ parts can be removed. The green shapes at the top can stay in place when assembling the unit. The rear section can be printed like this as well, and needs no further supports:There are two sets of keys. Keys.stl are close to the original, but hard to print due to fine detail. Keys_2.stl contains an edited set with larger font, and alternative Shift,Space and Enter keys. The text on the keys sticks out by approx 0.5 mm. I printed the keys in white, spray painted them all black, and carefully removed the paint from the text to get a white on black text. The bottom part of the housing is also available in two pieces, for printing on a smaller printer.
