The sculpture was unveiled on July 2nd, 2016, during "The Day of Archeology" in Titz-Höllen, Germany. It had been unearthed from a well at the open-pit Hambach mining site in Germany. A striking feature of this artifact is the youthful figure etched onto its left thigh. The archaeological discovery is being overseen by the LVR organization, which can be accessed through their website at www.LVR.de. For optimal viewing, the model should be rendered using matcap settings.
