In the year 2075, San Francisco has undergone a profound transformation, with the city's residents struggling to adapt to a world ravaged by rising sea levels and perpetual forest fires. The alarming increase in Carbon Dioxide levels has reached critical heights, threatening the very fabric of life. Meanwhile, the virtual affinities that now govern our society have created a complex web of relationships, where every interaction is monitored and scrutinized through the all-pervasive lens of big data analysis. The Bay Area has fragmented into starkly unequal factions, characterized by extreme segregation and a pervasive sense of mistrust. With resources dwindling and tensions running high, life in San Francisco has become a grueling ordeal, marked by unrelenting stress and chronic dissatisfaction. Amidst this precarious landscape, the government exercises tight control over every aspect of society, while scarcity and distrust have become the defining features of community life. In response to these dire circumstances, our design strategy is driven by a bold vision: to create a secure and dependable society that values efficiency, sustainability, and economic prudence. By streamlining production processes and promoting responsible resource management, we aim to craft a design language that is durable, environmentally conscious, and economically viable.
