I created this using Blender, Substance Painter, and Photoshop. My task was to take the original Fallout Van Buren concept art and transform it into a complete 3D art piece that would fit seamlessly with the top-down tactical asymmetric gameplay of the original Fallout for the Team Van Buren Development team.
