Junior888 face shield with perforated A4 sheet

thingiverse

We've created a Corona face shield using simple office equipment and a slim 3D printed headband. Our team at Junior IOT has developed a stackable design, and fast G-code for various 3D printers is available on our website. On this page, we provide additional information to get you started. Our project page is in Dutch: https://junioriot.nl/junior-iot-tegen-corona/ (Note: This link has been removed from the output) This is our version V2.2, which no longer requires support. A bottom layer has been added to create bed adhesion. This layer is designed to tear off and protect the printed product. To complete the product, you'll need an A4 transparent sheet, such as the UltraClear A4 170 or 200 micron binder sheets. Use an office perforator in A4/888 setting to punch the four holes. You'll also need three rubber bands of different sizes to create a good fit. We package the item for the end user with ten pieces in a zip lock or nine pieces in an A4 mailer box. More details are available on our website. This project is a remix of the Brüssel888, which can be found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4239203 (Note: This link has been removed from the output) Please let us know when you've made the product.
