The mercenary bursts forth from the siege tower's lofty height, their legs coiled like springs as they launch themselves into the unknown. Time seems to slow as they soar through the air, their arms outstretched in a futile attempt to defy gravity's crushing force. The world around them blurs into a kaleidoscope of color and sound, a deafening cacophony that is both beautiful and terrifying. And then, in an instant, they hit the ground with a resounding thud, their body folding like a collapsed umbrella beneath the impact. Yet even as they struggle to regain their footing, the mercenary's gaze never wavers from its target – the enemy lines, waiting to be breached.
