Here are cats that like to jump high in order to observe the surrounding world from above and maybe catch some insects that have jumped a bit too low to avoid being seen by birds flying around or other cats jumping around, too. They've learned that the act of pouncing makes them happy for at least a couple of minutes afterwards. The jumping seems quite impressive, doesn't it? The felines are pretty good at judging the distance before they launch themselves into mid-air - their reflexes aren't all bad either. It's interesting to watch.
