Jumper T16 Grips with snap-in plugs

<p>Huge thanks to Baris__Alp for the incredible job designing these grips! I could not get mine to print in a way that they were secure without adhesive so I added snap-in cone shaped tips to the nubs on the rear of the grips. Please see important post processing notes re: removing supports.</p> <p>If you don't care that much about the surface quality of the grips you could print with the nubs up in the air and the support between the grip surface and the print bed, but I prefer to have the nubs down in the support material to get the best grip surface quality.</p> <h3>Print Settings</h3> <p><strong>Printer Brand:</strong></p> <p>Creality</p> <p class="detail-setting printer"><strong>Printer: </strong> <div><p>Ender 3</p></div> <p><strong>Rafts:</strong></p> <p>No</p> <p class="detail-setting supports"><strong>Supports: </strong> <div><p>Yes</p></div> <p><strong>Resolution:</strong></p> <p>.24</p> <p class="detail-setting infill"><strong>Infill: </strong> <div><p>10% Gyroid</p></div> <p><strong>Filament:</strong> Sainsmart TPU Red Post-Printing =============</p> <p><strong>Important support notes</strong></p> <div><p>The cones at the ends of the nubs on the rear of the grips will break off from the nubs when you remove your supports if you don't remove the support very carefully and have the support settings just right.</p> Please ensure the support structure is as sparse as possible (I printed mine with 9% support density). Also be sure to adjust the support z distance and support x/y distance a bit further away than you normally would (I used support z of 0.22 and support x/y of 0.3). <p>Finally, I've also set my support line width to 0.3mm (using a 0.4mm nozzle) so the supports print thinner than normal lines.</p> </div></p></p></p> Category: R/C Vehicles
