Jumper T16 External Power
thingiverse
I'm using this power source to fuel a Crossfire that's paired with a 3s 850 setup. I've been experimenting with Hatchbox ABS, and so far the battery door is holding up remarkably well. I recently printed mine using ABS, with settings of .2 20%. The 3s 2200 was too large for my taste, but a 650-850 should fit perfectly fine within its confines. The radio has a great fitment, which I attribute to using the "laying down file" in conjunction with meshmixer supports that peeled right off without any issues. I've also been experimenting with jumper T16 battery doors that have ample room for a quad battery strap and a 3s 2200 battery. This setup should work seamlessly with my R9, especially when paired with a BEC. Print settings include laying down the file with supports or without them if your printer excels at bridging.
