Jumper T16 battery cover with balance plug
thingiverse
This battery cover has a spot for a 2S balance plug to stick through securely. To use it effectively, you'll need to create a short wire harness that connects all three wires on your battery. My T16 PRO came with the battery holder equipped with these essential wires. To make this wire harness, gather two male plugs and one female plug. You can repurpose old balance plugs from 2S lipo batteries or purchase new connectors. I used approximately 50mm of wire length for each connection and centered the female plug within the harness. This setup allows for ample wire length to work with. Insert the plug from inside the cover, securing it in place with a few drops of CA adhesive. The plug's orientation enables you to detach the terminals if necessary. I printed my battery cover at 0.16mm layer height and found that it fit perfectly. A layer height between 0.1 and 0.2 should also work effectively. If you find this battery cover design helpful, consider tipping me for my contribution if you feel inclined to show your appreciation.
