Jump Start Plate
thingiverse
While I was excited to get a new generator I was less excited about having to maintain yet another battery. I decided to create this block that mounts in place of the battery and allows me to use my lithium jump box to start the generator. This was created for a Harbor Freight Predator 9000 but may fit others. I used a step drill to enlarge the holes in the terminals so they would fit over the side terminal bolts. The "+" and "-" were filled in with red and black sharpie. I included the Fusion 360 file for those willing to modify it. Printed on an Ender 5 at 0.2mm with 30% infill, PLA. Support was used for the hole feature.
