In my quest for a radio mount for my trusty Baofeng UV-5R in my 2014 F150 with its humble jump seat, I sought a solution sans the desecration of my dash with countless boreholes. Lo and behold, inspiration struck like a bolt of lightning: a mount fashioned to nestle snugly upon the headrest, affording ease of installation and removal akin to a riverboat's paddle on the mighty Mississippi.Crafted from ABS filament, with a hearty 40% infill, this mount boasts durability rivaling the resilience of old Huck Finn himself. Ingeniously, apertures were fashioned to accommodate both the tethering grace of bungee cords and the steadfastness of zip ties, offering a compromise betwixt permanence and practicality.A stroke of brilliance was the addition of a silicone cellphone card holder, bestowing not only a sure grip upon the radio but also a refuge for my trusty AAA card, akin to a hidden treasure along the banks of the Mississippi.Repurposed for the detached face plate of my new radio, this mount continues its journey down the winding road of utility, proving a steadfast companion in my modern-day adventures.
