This Yumagine design (https://www.youmagine.com/designs/jumbo-2-1mm-power-connector) solves the issue of fitting large cables into 2.1mm power connectors by providing a case that accommodates up to 4x8mm cable size. The part requires a 2.1mm connector and two short 3mm self-tapping screws (preferably 3x13mm). Remove the screw-on plastic cover from the connector. Post-printing, clean all edges for a smooth finish, ensuring the lid fits securely without screws. Drill 2mm holes in both the case and lid.
