Julian Tuwin, a celebrated Polish poet of Jewish heritage born in Lodz, was also known by his pseudonym "Oldlen" when crafting song lyrics. A small but significant monument to the Ghetto stands modestly in a tiny garden at the House of Crafts, often overlooked by Lodz's residents. The hermas, a testament to Julian Tuwin's legacy, is an outdoor sculpture made from bronze crafted by Elvira and George Mazurczyk under the title Popiersie Julia Tuwima.
