Jula MEEC Multiseries 18V battery adapter for older MEEC drills with larger attachment part
thingiverse
For some reason MEEC made their new batteries so that they don't fit their older gear (planned obsolescence). This adapterallows you to use the Multiseries battery with non-multiseries tools with wider pin spacing and wider area between the rails where the battery attaches. You will need 0.4-0.5mm thick sheet steel to make the contacts, and you will have to add a pause to embed them during printing so that there is no glue required. You still need a new charger for the Multiseries battery, but if you have some new and some old MEEC tools or you just wanted a new battery with charge indicator and higher capacity, then this may be of use to you. Cut two strips of steel 5mm wide and 86mm long and bend as shown on the photo.
