In CATIA V5, the "surface revolve" command enables users to create a surface by rotating a given profile around an axis. This tool is useful for designing complex shapes that require a 3D curve-based approach. To use it, simply select your desired profile and specify the revolution angle and axis, then CATIA V5 will generate the revolved surface accordingly.
