Juddy Hopps Rig \nI have created this to showcase my Face Rigging script FemtoRig, a two-year collaborative effort between art and technology. It produces advanced rigs that rival those of Pixar and Disney, making Juddy Hopps an ideal platform for demonstrating its functionality. FemtoRig has seen extensive use in production, with over 120 characters rigged by myself and my team in both seasons of Bakkar's 3D animation series. Here's what the script can do: 1. It creates two types of modules: Centric Modules and Generic Modules. The Centric module shares a microcontroller on each side, making it suitable for features like the mouth or nose. In contrast, the Generic Module doesn't share any microcontrollers between sides, allowing for single-sided control ideal for eyebrows, cheeks, or other facial features. All modules can have submodules (upper and lower) for eye lids, upper or lower lip control. Each module boasts three types of controllers: A) Main Controller: moves the entire module B) Macro Controller: shapes expressions and main movements C) Micro Controller: provides high-level control over the face The Macro Controllers govern the micro ones through weights. The script uses vector math to set initial weights for accurate micro controller manipulation. 2. Micro controllers seamlessly adapt to model deformation, including blend shape deformations without active blend shapes. 3. Smart skinning tools simplify the skinning process and joint-based rigging. 4. Save and load skinning weights for multiple objects simultaneously. 5. Transfer skinning between objects or object parts. Juddy Hopps Rig Features: 1. Joint-based rig 2. Single hierarchy chain exportable to any game engine 3.
