Making Juicy Lucys Just Got Easier! Four parts in total, that's it. The caps are printed twice because they're used on either end, once is just for one cap, but we've got a burger to make! Then there are the rings, which only need one print job since each side does the same thing, and the Maker plate gets its own unique printing. This 3D printer-based burger maker system makes creating burgers incredibly simple. All you have to do is take it apart after use for effortless cleaning. With different sizes printed up at will, burgers can be customized to anyone's liking – sizes can range from X to Y and even get varied by thickness settings from Z! HIPS Plastic works like a charm, it's completely food-grade and dishwasher-safe, making ABS or PLA less appealing. At the same time, the cost of HIPS remains comparable to ABS and PLA with printing results equally excellent. Printing takes roughly 12 hours when using a micron size setting at its smallest possible print. But be sure not to forget an important detail: smoothing out where your meat touches the inside of this burger-making plastic is advisable for top quality. Assembly's child's play, all you need is some beef and this awesome Juicy Lucy mold system. First off, put some raw meat onto that plate down at the base with a nice circular ring on top. Make sure the 'plunger' thingy is good and greased up – press it firmly into that mound of minced beef then pull out again smoothly – that's when all your fillings go in. Time now to add however much stuffing you want before putting another disk-shaped piece onto the mold; finally put this Juicy Lucy system in reverse for some quality burger time. Remove each of these from around it, give them a nice little nudge – and just look! Your first ever perfectly shaped homemade burger emerges! Easy right?
