I'm extremely excited about my brand new model, a WW2 German Stuka printed on a BD HX1 40x60x40 using Green Easyfill PLA at a 210° nozzle temperature of 0.8 with layer thickness set to 2.8. The light blue PLA used for the BNZ Delta is extruded through a nozzle that's been precision calibrated to 0.4, allowing for an incredibly detailed finish with a layer height of just 0.16. Each and every one of the 11 files that make up this assemblable model was carefully crafted by me using authentic blueprints from the original design. This meticulous attention to detail ensures that all the parts fit together seamlessly, making it perfect for FFF/FDM 3D printers. Every intersection was created using Boolean operations to guarantee that all objects are watertight and manifold. To minimize the amount of support material needed during printing, I've subdivided the model into multiple pieces and strategically pre-oriented them in the print bed. This thoughtful approach will make the printing process smoother and more efficient for you. So go ahead, fire up your 3D printer, and get ready to bring this incredible model to life!
