My new model is a WW2 German Stuka printed using Green Easyfill PLA on a BD HX1 40x60x40 printer at 210° nozzle temperature with layer height set to 0.8 and two layers thick, and light blue PLA on a BNZ Delta 40x70 printer with nozzle temperature at 0.4 and layer thickness of 0.16. All files for this assemblable model were created by me using original blueprints. The eleven files composing this model are designed specifically for FFF/FDM 3D printers, all objects are manifold and watertight, and intersections were created using boolean operations to minimize the amount of support material needed.
