My new model, a WW2 German Stuka, is printed using Green Easyfill PLA on a BD HX1 40x60x40 at 210° nozzle with 0.8 layer height and 2.8mm layer thickness; Light Blue PLA on a BNZ Delta printer with a 40x70 nozzle at 0.4 layer height and 0.16mm layer thickness; Black Titan-X on a BD BP2 printer, with 1.6mm layer height, 252°/90°. All files for this assemblable model are created by me based on original blueprints. This model consists of 11 files that are designed specifically for FFF/FDM 3D printers. Each object is a manifold and watertight, ensuring precise printing. Intersections were carefully crafted using boolean operations to minimize support material generation. The model was subdivided into manageable pieces and pre-oriented in the print bed to reduce unnecessary supports.
