I installed thru-hole mounted components due to concerns about ceramic capacitor cracking. The DXF files, which are available at http://www.grandideastudio.com/jtagulator/, were used as the basis for my work. To minimize flexing of the board when connecting to header pins, I created indents where the parts are mounted. You can find the top component in this thing: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2172164 Three bushings should be printed.
