I'm XHP-7 from JST, and I couldn't locate a 3D model that met my requirements, so I decided to create one myself using precise measurements taken with a caliper. A user on GrabCAD did an excellent job designing the on-print connectors, but unfortunately, there's a shortage of reliable "wire"-JST-connector models available.
