I always struggled to disconnect the XH balancer connectors from the charger. It required a lot of jiggling and I was worried about damaging the connector over time. So, I came up with a little tool that helps me out. You can clamp it onto the connector to pull it out straight without using much force. This tool is available for 2, 3, and 4-cell connectors.
