<p>I was not satisfied with the existing battery (balancing port) protect solutions out there (neither flexible nor solid ones) so I designed my own protection cap to fix this issue for once and for all.&nbsp;</p><p>You might have to slightly reduce the line with setting depending of your slicer (In my case CURA) to get better results and less travel moves. The walls are designed with a width of exactly 1.2mm but my slicer seems to have a bug where it would not fit three 0.4mm walls in this wall width…</p><p>I included the .stp files so you can resize the cap as needed (slice the model in the middle and add or remove 2.5mm for every additional pin) I hope this model will end your struggles as it did mine.</p>
