No change in precision observed. 2) Added one more file for 16.3 mm for the connection to barrel side. This modification may help to loosen up the fit between the barrel and the side, making it easier to install. Main JSS (Just Shoot Straight) Rifled Barrel V2 is designed to meet my personal requirements in a rifled barrel. The stabilizer was removed after experimentation showed minimal effect. Installing a 9/16 K&S barrel became too complicated. Precision appears close to BlasterTech SCAR, but more precise experiments are needed to confirm. Pros i) No fishing lines required; this rifled barrel is designed for print-and-go use. ii) It's engineered to fit on a 16mm barrel. For smaller diameters, duct tape can be used, and then screws from Nerf blasters (2.2mm diameter) can provide friction hold the rifled barrel onto SCAR barrels. These screws should fit in the three small side holes. iii) The inner diameter of the rifled barrels is now 12.4 mm to ensure that almost all darts are squeezed and affected by the JSS rifled barrel. iv) Low cost due to minimal material used, and no additional hardware required except for optional screws. v) The front part has a reduced outer diameter to accommodate Worker's muzzle brakes if desired. Cons i) FPS will drop around 20 FPS when using this barrel. Venting holes and rifling reduce muzzle blast without increasing FPS. ii) Aesthetically, it looks terrible; I'm not skilled in designing visually appealing things.
